2) Difference between Floating rate and a Variable rate ( This question and the answer from him did not make sense to me)
Most of the questions were about process and conflict resolution. The very first question was describing all the steps in the project management process. The other questions were very good overall and what you would expect from a power house management team like this and a senior position. If not for the poor first question and waiting 90 days to get through their hiring decision, I would have rated positive.
