He warned me to follow in all their system, learn everything in few months, do not change any process, otherwise HE TERMINATES STAFFS (No wonder, his collegues have told me that most of his staffs just come and go, and he confirmed it in the interview that his staffs just take training in sojitz then leaves the company, --- Man, I swear its all because of his attitude) .
