One thing I was asked was to do a role playing scenario where one of the interviewers pretended to be an Uber Driver unsatisfied with the app and wanting to leave. It my my job to try convince them to stay. We role played what the phonecall would be like. If successful in the job, all of this training would be provided, they do not expect a perfect answer or for you to know everything to say, it's really just to see your train of thought for different situations.
