"How do you like to be managed?" - I loved the fact that they asked this question because it really showed me how great they were at listening and taking my story/past experiences (that weren't so great) with my prior employer and showed genuine interest in being able to be better than that and take my perspective and desires into consideration as far as how they manage me.
