There two rounds of interview; the first round was conducted by a Business Development Manager and asked me a few personal questions, gauged my personality and basically evaluated whether the role would fit me or not. The second round was conducted by a senior executive who again asked me the same questions with the usual drilling during a sales interview. Since I was an engineering student, they interviewed me on that basis; they wanted to know why I wanted to choose sales and marketing.
