For Behavioural round: The interviewer asked how would you sell a helmet to a person who only drives a car. After that basic questions based on resume were asked, like tell me about your internship and questions related to same. If you are from Engineering domain why are you switching over to Business Development role? The interview was easy overall and lasted for about 5 to 7 minutes. I had cleared this round. For Video Screening: The two questions were: 1) What makes you interested in the role of Business Development? 2) What is your greatest weakness for this position of Business Development? Elaborate. I had prepared a honest script and spoke the same without looking at it for recording. The time limit for answering both questions was 3 minutes, I had done around 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Surprisingly I was rejected despite speaking fluently without a break for entire duration. Maybe they felt my second answer would make me unsuitable for this role. I was rejected in this round and the pattern which I had observed in selected students list was that they had preferred students with low GPA's.

My first round of interviews was more technically focussed. I was asked about my experience doing research and working on projects in school, and utilizing software like excel or GIS. The subsequent interviews were about more soft skills like how I work in a team, how I have historically handled failures, etc.
