They want to make sure you know about the product and the problem they are solving for brands and how they grow their influencer marketing campaigns. They also care a lot about company culture and personality fit. If you do not see yourself in alignment with the companies 4 core values it probably isn't the right fit. They also really value team-oriented people who "tow the same line", that is to say, they want you to be a strong salesperson but not at the expense of your team member's success. Everyone is in it together!
