They asked me to do a take home exercise where I was to spend 1-2 hours creating emails to both a prospect and an inbound lead. Clearly they had just developed the exercise because the instructions had various faults and could be improved upon, especially in comparison to exercises I have completed for other companies.

I don’t recall one single “standout” question, but many of the conversations focused on my ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders over the phone and manage professional relationships. Since this is such an important part of the BDR role, I felt the questions around that area were especially emphasized, and it gave me the chance to highlight my past experience and confidence in those skills.
