CEO asked more general questions to understand the basics of the candidate and make sure additional interviews were appropriate. The three other employees had questions that were more situational - "tell me about a time when" "how would you handle" - a little bit more thinking on your feet. Each employee had a good size list of structured questions.
The founders asked me how important a good manager was for me, and if I would ever stand up for myself if I felt unfairly treated.
