It's been a few months, so unfortunately, I don't remember specific questions. I would suggest organizing your thoughts into 3 buckets - situation, behavior, outcome. This seems to be their preferred approach.

You are given 18 minutes to solve 20 logic problems. Things like: Mark is taller than Mandy, Mandy is taller than Joe but not John, Joe is not the shortest person, which of the following 5 statements is false? (this is an overly simplified example).
How comfortable will you be transitioning from working as a contractor to working in a corporate setting?
They were mostly interested in soft skills and technical experience, so it was my presentation
Why do you want to work for Memorial Health?
Some behavioral, some specific to role such as previous experience writing products consistent with ICD203.
