At the second step of this interview, the technical manager asked fundamental questions related to BI, ETL, reporting services. Next stage was a bit more advanced technologies.

Good mixture of behavioral and technical questions. Describe a project you worked on that involved multiple teams and what was the outcome? Can you work independently with little to no guidance? Do you have experience working with external vendors and explain to us how you managed the relationship?
