It was a scenario question with out any background or goal so they would understand my approach. Like a great interviewer - as I answered they threw in more road blocks to see what I may do to be quick on my feet/ approach difficulties.
Why did you choose to come to the second round of interviews after meeting the interviewer, previously?
A number of competency-based questions, which I answered using the STAR method. Very good questions which made me talk about my best and most useful experiences. Interesting questions that I was happy answering. You can ask questions in the end, have good questions prepared.
