technical questions are narrated from resume, but behavior interview with HR feels bad while he is doctrine by his questions list (however, I am not to criticize HR, chemistry is very important besides your competence) ... some of them as following: -What convince us hiring you? -What’s to be improved or shortcomings? -What achievements you have made? -Expect 2 years later. -What’s your career path. after 80 days, I received the rejection letter, guess suspended as a waiting list candidate.

The hiring manager gave me a quiz on terms and the variations of the same type of terms. For example, what's the difference between TAK time and throughput. I believe the questions were less about my knowledge and more about the interviewer's desire to relate to the concept terms. Because the job was in an administrative area the manufacturing terms commonly get murky.
