I was asked about influencing resources outside of my management, which is very common in Project/Program Mgmt.
When can you start?
If you were working with a senior director whose views you disagreed with, would you voice your opinion?
Spend 30 minutes to complete a budget activity.
Am I good with multitasking?
How will you keep your team motivated?
Not sure how it was phrased but something like: "Tell me about delegates". Should have stuck with the tried and true "functions that take other functions as parameters" or talked about event handlers. I overstudied that one and couldn't recall salient points of what I had studied. All pretty basic OOP stuff.
Where do I want to be in 3 years?
