They started out with basic questions in C. 1. What is a static variable? 2. What the difference between static and constant variable? 3. How do you declare a const pointer to an integer variable? 4. How do you declare a pointer to an integer constant? 5. What are the stages of compilation?
Math problems, where percent is used. Object/pattern matching problems. Logic problems involving the ages of three people and a conclusion statement that can be either true, false or unknown. Timed typing test, 1 minute to type a paragraph. Only correctly spelled words count. Personality tests about moral behavior at work or beliefs about how moral other people are. Two shapes are shown, press F key to indicate they are mirror images, press J to indicate they are the same. The shapes may need to be rotated in your head to determine the answer. Patterns of numbers, you must indicate if the pattern has 4, 5 or 6 digits. Geometric shapes are shown one at a time. Press F key if the shape is a circle or the interior is white. Press J if the shape is a triangle or the interior is black. It sounds simple but it becomes confusing when you see a circle that is black or a triangle that is white. There were two sections I found difficult. Numbers appear on the screen for two seconds and change. You must press the F key to indicate that the current number is the same as one you saw two numbers ago, or the J key to indicate that it is different. Then there is a similar one where a shape appears for two seconds and then changes. The same response is needed but the keys have switched. J = same and F = different.
