In groups of 4, given a picture and on the other side of the picture were 4 questions. We were tasked with discussing the 4 questions (What is happening in the picture? What is your responsibility here? What issues may arise? How can you make the experience better?) We were then put into 2 groups of 12 after the first elimination. In this group we were handed a leaflet with a scenario: 'There has been an issue with a row in the plane's entertainment system and as a result, 6 of the entertainment systems are not working. There is one seat available to give to one of the 6 passengers.' 'It is your job to pick a passenger to be given the spare seat. Explain who you pick and why:' 1- an old man reading a newspaper 2- a vlogger with a large following 3- a first time flyer 4- an unattended child 5- a pregnant lady 6- a sky emirates member who regularly flies with Emirates.
