Explain a time when, you had to stop what your doing to assist a customer? How did you react? How did you prioritize in that particular situation?
My interview was different because I had been with the company for so long in so many different roles, but most often BN uses behavioral questions such as, "Tell me about a time when..." This is the format used for interviews on almost all levels.

I was actually very surprised they wanted me to give them a list of references! I was interviewing for a part-time position with minimal hours - not something I'd expect references for in order to get.
