My experience with customer service
I cannot recall the questions. They were all extremely generic.
They will ask you to roleplay a call scenario.
One thing they asked me was about my availability to start if I were selected. I let them know I was available to start immediately, and they seemed to appreciate the quick turnaround.
Tell me an example of performing an excellent teamwork effort.
