Standard competency based questions, tell me a time you did this or what was your biggest achievement, nothing taxing all very standard, I got the impression this employer wanted someone who had very little experience or personality and was easily moulded to the company line, what ever that was.as they did not appear to have a culture from what I could gather. Was not a "WOW" experience. I would have rejected this job even if it had been offered.
Why do want this job when you have never worked in a sales position before
