Greatest strengths and weaknesses? Typical question and asked at both first and second interview. Shady about who will be interviewing you. Tell you it's 1 on 1 with the HR rep but then it's another person. 2nd interview they tell you it will be the CEO and HR rep, and it turns out to be another guy saying and asking the same stuff. Nice people though, really, but it seems all for show, down to their corn hole bags game sitting in the hallway.
