The first round was related to campaign knowledge and alteryx as an ETL tool taken by one of the managers. The second round was taken by Leads and Directors from USA. The primary focus was on campaign management, how does a campaign work? What is Email marketing? Do you have exposure to Redpoint? What kind of projects have you worked on Alteryx?

The interview didn't touch closely on the application form - the form seemed to be a hoop to jump through to get to the next stage, rather than as a basis for the interview. Instead they asked quite standard competency based questions, very closely related to the job description.
