There was a tough logic puzzle that was provided. Honestly I did not do as well on this as I should have, but they are great at walking you through the puzzle and providing hints. You just have to make sure you communicate your thought process. There were additional questions related to processes and optimization tactics. I highly recommend you are familiar with your optimization techniques.
The one random question I was asked was if I have a need to hold a leadership position or am I fine with giving up control. Kind of a weird question given the position wasn't a leadership position and when I asked about promotion potential, they gave a vague answer.
