They asked about my experience, tried to trip me up over KPIs. Second interview had 3 people in - just a bit of overkill tbh. The whole process showed that it would be a nightmare to get anything approved with those 3 plus the head head so you have 4 decision makers employing 1 human... how many to onboard a new piece of software?!
There are a lot of situational questions.
If you are experienced in your field completely you wont find any of the questions difficult. The interview would almost seem like a conversation.
