Different tasks that were given to the group to sort out the priorities and the solutions.

Will you be able to relocate? (Out of town)

What you like about Uniqlo? Do you have any suggestion for Uniqlo? Do you have any leadership/management experience? What is the most challenging scenario you have face when dealing with management from your past experience?

Case study about an underachieving store. Questions were about what potential reccommendations could be given in order to improve the store's performance.

What do you think makes the best store? How was your experience when shopping at Uniqlo and how can it be improved?

How will you be a leader or build relationships with associates who are older than you or have been in the company longer?
