Candidate Interview Questions

The japanese guy was pretty straight forward but there's this late 40s HR lady that seem to always want a solid answer. She looked at me directly in the eye with each question as if she wants more. Qns include - whats the most difficult thing you've faced in life, have you ever lead a team before? why do you want to work for uniqlo singapore? what's your plan in 5 years time

If you had to come up with a project in my lab, given what you know about what we do, what would it be and why.

Why uniqlo? Are you willing to do the basics like folding clothes and interact w customers? How long do you see yourself w uniqlo?

Why Uniqlo?

1. Tell me about yourself and what you like to do during your free time. 2. Why choose UNIQLO and what are your best qualities that can contribute to UNIQLO. 3. What are your long-term and short-term career goals? 4. What is the most challenging obstacle you foresee during the UMC programme and what will you do to overcome it? 5. What aspects would you recommend UNIQLO to improve on?

I am waiting the result of first interview, here is my interview questions: - Tell about yourself (introduction) - Tell about your dream in the next 20 years - What will you do to achieve this target - Why Uniqlo More question based on your answers.

What was something you failed at and what did you learn from it?

How did you feel about this exercise? How was it working in a team? What do you think could have been improved regarding team work?

They will ask questions like "Why you decide to join Uniqlo?", "What is your career goal with Uniqlo in the next 5 to 10 years?", "Are you okay with working shift hours" and things like that
