What is your typing speed?
What do you know about captel? I said it helps the hard of hearing use a phone by reading a screen. Not many questions asked after that. Very conversational laid back interviewer who gleaned info that way instead of asking outright. So don't get too relaxed. Keep it professional. Practice typing at home. One practice was allowed. Average difficulty because of timed typing anxiety.
