I didn't get that far in the process.
Nothing too difficult to answer. You'll be asked about your strengths and weaknesses; about your prior jobs; what your former employers would say or think about you; how you found out about CapTel...etc.
The speaking part of the tests is pretty difficult, they give you a headset and you have to listen to the words being spoken then repeat them while they are being spoken.
What's your biggest weakness?
The interviewer asked at one point how much I knew about the company and its services. I wish I had been better prepared for that one!
