Pre final interview task to write a two page report overview of a sub-sector of offset projects. I was given a week to do the task, which was fine because I had the time. I would have struggled with this had I had caring commitments, however, as it did take a long time. Then the final interview was mostly based around my reflections on my report, and my feelings on the sub-sector having read up on it.
