(Think introvert/extrovert) -You're advising a student who has applied to ten internships at Boeing and is preparing two more applications because they haven't heard anything. What do you tell them? -When have you experienced equity in the classroom and how have you applied it? There were other questions, but I don't have notes on them. Prepare like any other interview with a focus on DEI and you'll do fine.
