Why MC? How much do you know about our company?
Scenario: A client walks in with limited experience applying for jobs and in the employment experience in general. How would you help them?
The phone screening lasted about 20 minutes, and I was asked the following questions: 1) What do you know about Boeing? 2) Tell us about a time that you exceeded expectations. 3) What skills/qualities could you bring to Boeing that you feel set you apart? (paraphrased) Then there was time for me to ask my own questions (prepare several!) and was informed about the next steps of the selection process. Second (final) round interviews were to take place in their regional office, for which they would fly out selected candidates.
How do you juggle multiple deadlines/priorities? What is your biggest accomplishment? Describe a time you used data to make a programming decision involving external partners?
They asked how I would advice a student to revise their resume.
Which course did you enjoy the most? Which did you enjoy the least?
The most difficult was the mock appointment during the panel interview. Having a one-on-one discussion with a student while being watched by several people was tough.
Please provide an example of a time you created something new. How did you make it great?
