Questions asked were geared toward procedure and process of the Career Services Dept, knowledge of compliance of files, placements, bench-marks, handling students/grads questions, PAC meetings, Student Workshops, Visiting Employer / Externship sites, tracking activities. Asked about department "Run-Rates" how to calculate them, how to calculate various activity rates (and percentages).
