My interviewer didn't quiz me but I did hear that one interviewer quizzed people a bit on Orioles trivia (what numbers are retired and who do they belong to).

Describe a time you used critical thinking and innovation to create a successful project.
Describe a time when you handled a difficult situation. How did you handle it and what were the results.
What challenge to you expect to face in this position?
You need to give a presentation based on prompted questions, they were more focusing on outcomes.
