Basic year-to-year % increase, return on this or that, margins, seasonal shifts, explain why this might have happened, etc. "Coffee chat" role-play - "I am a furniture company and you want to sell our stuff but I say no, what do you say" (and prepare for "no....no....no....." without any rationale from a business who would want to make money).
