During the 1h interview with the 2 hiring managers, there were a lot of questions about motivation and goals asked, also 1 small excel task for 10 min with some basic calculations. where they wanted to see how I think and approach a business case. Need to note that I did not answer all of the questions correct. Nevertheless, got an offer.
