Because of the level of the position, I was questioned and discussed my philosophies for many topics. Started with basic questions like strengths and weaknesses and moved to my thoughts on organizational structure. Again, this was a senior position, and I actually did that interview twice w/ each of the active owners. Very calm environment, became more conversational, felt my opinions were being evaluated but truly mattered.

Very casual interview on zoom - however I felt the interview was a waste of time as the EA was making the decision based on finding a clone of her - she was dressed for the gym online unprofessional in my view
