The one question they seem to ask everyone is to describe a situation, in which you had to resolve a conflict: how did you resolve this conflict and still complete the task at-hand?
The interview lasted about 10 minutes. I came dressed professional. The pharmacist basically told me about the position and what to expect.
They ask you a large set of situational questions about what you would do in a certain situation, how did you solve this difficult customer/issue, etc.
