They asked me to solve a staffing problem, based on resource constraints, budget, and timeline.
Outside of the usual questions about experience and reasons for leaving previous posts I was literally asked "What is your background, ethnicity?" In this day and age, regardless if a shared heritage is in question, that's something that should never be asked. Then I got asked if I got my eyebrows done... Again, just weird and ackward and this from the founders of the company. I should have expected these two clowns to behave in such a way given the previous reviews of the company. I don't see this organization being successful with the current CEO and President at the helm.
No questions stand out in my memory as being particularly difficult or unexpected.
