I was asked how I stayed organized. And while being asked this by both interviewers, I couldn't help but get the vibe that the CEO is demanding and you have to be organized so that you can answer any question that he has for you at any time of the day.

With the business newly separated from its corporate parent and in need of some of its own back office systems, I was asked about my past system implementation experience, how it related to the business needs of that time and how I would approach the process in a 2-3 minute detailed response. There were some follow-up questions, no unusual or unexpected questions as I recall.

With the business newly separated from its corporate parent and in need of some of its own back office systems, I was asked about my past system implementation experience, how it related to the business needs of that time and how I would approach the process in a 2-3 minute detailed response. Then they asked what could I have done better in each situation, and what I have learnt from the situation. My interview was extremely difficult, because there were many candidates and they wanted to find the best one.
