Read this scenario and describe how you would handle the situation. (Given 5 minutes to read a few paragraphs and come up with a response) There were two of these questions, one relating to how you would handle initial contact with a storm damage claimant, and one with several tasks listed out that are common to adjusting. The question was to prioritize the list of tasks and explain to the hiring manager what order you would try and complete them.
