They ask a lot of questions designed to trip you up but it was as if they were reading from a book. I actually got the "tree" question. I also got the questions, "Tell me about one time things didn't go well on a previous job and how you could have handled it differently." and "Name one personal weakness and tell me what you do to overcome it."
