For each cycle of hiring, these benchmarks vary in an effort to avoid staff from sharing answers from the applicant (more relevant to internal job applications).

They teach you everything you need to know about the job. You receive extensive on the job training. Training is kind of rushed so pay attention, it becomes easier with experience.
