Client Engagement Interview Questions

Very pleasant recruiters. They want to really get to know you as a person as they value cultural fit in their workplace. 3/4 of the interviews were conducted via WhatsApp video call and the other was an onsite interview held in KL. The initial interview was conducted by the HR, covering my previous work experience, skill set, and interest in working at StashAway. The recruiters also gave me some insight and background information on StashAway, and the team I would be working with. Within about a week, I had another interview with the Head of People and Culture. This interview was a bit more in depth about my previous work experience, but still remained more of a conversation and open discussion. Soon after, I was contacted by the recruiter that they wanted to bring me to an on-site interview. My on-site interview lasted about 1 hour and I had the privilege to talk to the Country Manager as well as the team members. My final round of the interview was with the CIO. The interview were more in-depth and included questions that challenged my thought process on what my approach would be to solve clients' problems. These felt like they went by very quickly, and I didn't feel that they were too intimidating. I very much enjoyed interviewing with the team. Less than 48hours later, I received an offer. This just shows how fast the recruiters moved, and how respective they were of their candidate's time. My offer was presented to me via email by the CEO, which I personally really appreciated. All the interviewers especially the HR I worked with was extremely helpful, had excellent communication throughout the entire process, and honestly gave me the best recruiting/interview experience.
