There seemed to be a lot of concern about lack of experience within the Energy Efficiency industry. It seems like they are really limiting their talent pool if this is a deal-breaker. The critical skills for this type of position are relationship management, project management and data analysis. The industry can be learned, just like any other.

I was given two potential client pitch assignments and asked to complete a presentation in response to one of them.
What did I know about the company. How were my excel skills. Would I be able to juggle the different accounts? Also general questions about career history and work experience.
Mainly about my background and experience. Types of groups and books of business I have worked with. They don't do all the behavioral, "Name a time" or "How did you handle this".
