She really didn't ask me any questions regarding my experience or about the job. Phone call lasted all of four minutes for what was supposed to be at least a 30 minute interview.
They asked how feedback was communicated in past employment experiences, and if I could give an example of an experience in which I had to adjust based on difficult feedback.
