Facetime interview with HR is generally about talking about your current experience and how it matches the role. The second interview asked questions about some certain senarios and how you would react. Also questions like what people think about you, and why you want to join them.
After the woman was finished with me she escorted me out of her office and let the company president know that I was ready. She retreated into her office and closed the door. He kept me waiting. So I awkwardly stood outside her office in the hallway. Finally I followed him to his office. I answered some very unoriginal interview questions. The president was critical of my SEO work with a small client alluding that I did not do enough for the client. This did not feel like an interview any longer but a job performance evaluation and I didn't even work for the company! Here's the kicker- near the end of the interview I presented the president with a professional folder containing a traditional resume, business card and a spec sheet. The spec sheet was an alternative to the resume. I created it to sell myself to the company. It was creative, polished and professional. It contained my skills, professional strengths as well as a small photo and a silhouette outline of a business woman. With a sneer on his face he asked me if the silhouette was my actual body on the spec sheet!
