Can't remember exactly the questions...one was about "tell me a time when you had to convince the group that your idea/suggestion was better than someone else" but that wasn't the whole question. Once I answered the interviewer kept asking more details about it.
I was not asked about my previous experience AT ALL. Questions were only about Gartner
