They asked how I dealt with a recent client challenge, and turned it into something positive or an opportunity. They asked about a time I felt strongly about something and had to make a case for it, and how that worked out. They asked about technical skills and comfort level with working in a startup environment.
All questions were standard for an interview and for the employer to assess whether or not the applicant was suitable for the role.

describe your weakness and strength.
Nothing too bad. Discussing difficult customer situations and how to rally internal teams around them.
I was asked if ethics or money were more important.
None that were unexpected and most were focused on knowledge of industry etc.
It was a little bit unexpected when they told me to contribute to their meeting because I had no previous experience but it was interesting trying to decipher the industry jargon and try to give my input.
