The interview questions focused on how I think—about the business landscape, how we create value for clients, and my natural orientation toward self vs others. For example, I was asked how I see shifts in the market affecting client needs, how I’d approach my engagement and communications with clients given these shifts, and how I define success in my interactions with clients. One interview ran through a case study to see how I think and interact in a live client management setting.
