Roleplay as a CSR talking to a coach
What are your personal and professional goals in the next three months - 1 year?
Experience with mentoring/coaching, experience in SQL, finance, accounting or coding.
Recruiter asked about my relevant experiences, what made me interested in the vacancy, how I learned about Intellect, my salary expectations. That's it. I don't know if I said something off for them to pass on me, but I would've understood it better if the recruiter gave specific feedback about why I'm not a good match for the role. Or at least asked me questions about how my skills and career goals would match the role. What I liked about the recruiter's approach though was that she sounds very professional, she came on time/did not make me wait, and introduced the company to me. She set some expectations about the recruitment process too.
