The interviews were largely behavioral, inquiring about experiences in past positions.
What has been the hardest thing you've done in your professional career?
Tell me about yourself. Why Qualtrics? What do you know about our programs? Tell me about a time when...? Where do you see yourself in five years? etc. etc.
Multiple questions about experience and what I did in each role. Multiple questions about what I knew about Qualtrics. A few other random questions: Describe yourself using only one word. What is your greatest strength? Weakness? They asked me a hypothetical question: if we gave you a book of business today with 40 or so clients, how would you decide what to do first and which clients most needed your assistance? They also asked me my ACT score (it's been about 12 years since I took the ACT, so I found this question to be slightly strange).
Not a question, really, but just general comments from the CSM Manager: 1. "I don't like to hire people who have their own ideas about Customer Success." 2. "I hardly ever see my own family." 3. "Now that you've had 45 minutes to talk to me, how would you describe me?"
